Fabio Trabocchi brings his acclaimed Michelin-starred Fiola fine dining concept to Dopolavoro Venezia.

Dishes will combine seasonal ingredients locally sourced from Venice’s famous Rialto Market as well as organic vegetables from our kitchen gardens and our home grown olive oil.

Arriving at the Private Dock is beautifully glamorous, while the dining room showcases architect Matteo Thun’s linear chic, while continuity between interior and exterior create a calm atmosphere.

The menu responds to daily market produce, with a twist on traditional Venetian cuisine. Standout dishes such as Fiola Lobster Ravioli, Bassano White Asparagus and Caviar, Foie Gras alla Veneziana, soft-shell crabs from the Venetian lagoon, and Vanilla Fried Pastry Cream with Corbezzolo Honey.

Trabocchi’s modern take on Venetian cicchetti (local bites) are perfect with an aperitivo.
