Dario Parascandolo, Executive Chef
Born in Naples, in the South of Italy, from the very beginning he demonstrated his passion towards the culinary and hospitality industry, working as Sous-Chef in some Italian hotels in Ravenna and Milan, and then moving to Amsterdam. He moved in 1997 to USA where he enriched his experience as Cluster Chef for 2 renowned gourmet restaurants and then as Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel in San Diego.
In 2001, he came back to Italy as Executive Sous Chef at the Grand Hotel Villa Igiea in Palermo, growing his culinary experience and becoming then, in 2011, Executive Sous Chef at the Molino Stucky Hilton in Venice, and then being appointed in 2014 as Executive Chef at Hotel Danieli in Venice, part of Marriott International. He finally arrived to JW Marriott Venice as Executive Chef in March 2018, bringing his wide expertise and inner passion to Isola delle Rose.
