At Isola delle Rose we carefully select unique culinary experiences. JW Guests can enjoy personalized cooking classes at Sapori Cooking Academy under the supervision of Chef Micki, but also olive oil tastings, tours of the Dopolavoro organic vegetable garden and wine experiences.

It is olive harvest season every autumn at Isola delle Rose. From our 100 olive trees, we pick olives and extract our unique olive oil - the only one produced in Venice and exclusively served at our Dopolavoro Dining Room. Every Sunday afternoon, we welcome guests to sample our distinctive tasting olive oil at the Dopolavoro.

Weekly tours of our organic vegetable garden are organized, to learn about the produce growing on our island. Our farmer personally shows guests the botanical gardens, from which Chef Federico Belluco handpicks most of his ingredients for the menu of our Michelin-starred Dopolavoro Dining Room.

And for wine lovers, our weekly Wine Experience is an appointment not to be missed: guests meet at Dopolavoro and can taste 6 different wines by the glass, carefully selected by our Sommelier Simone.
